St. Helena Preschool For All began with a commitment to ensure that children in our community have access to high-quality early education, no matter their family’s income. What started in 2010 as a community response to a preschool closure has grown into a thriving nonprofit committed to equity, opportunity, and brighter futures. Today, we serve working families across St. Helena, Calistoga, and Angwin by providing scholarships and extended care that meets real-life needs. With over 300 local children supported to date, the impact is clear: Strong starts lead to stronger communities.
Our Preschool Promise
Each year, Our Preschool Promise ensures that young children in St. Helena and UpValley can access high-quality preschool, regardless of their family’s income. These scholarships support early learning and help working parents provide stability and opportunity at home and in our community.
In 2025, thanks to our Community Partner Matching Fund, every dollar you give will be matched 1:1,doubling your impact and helping us raise our goal of $126,800 to fund critical scholarships.
